As a result, meetings that were scheduled in advance were canceled one after another, but witnesses say that these employees frequently drank during lunchtime.

In the same community center, it was also discovered that all employees falsely applied for overtime pay.

In particular, five of them are suspected of repeatedly manipulating commute times.

In some cases, the amount of time you wrote that you worked without working for a little over a month from last June reaches 72 hours.

Yongsan-gu received a related report in August and entered an audit.

While no conclusion has been reached for four months, we are reviewing a warning rather than a formal disciplinary action, saying that lunchtime should be viewed as private time for midday drinking.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Security, which oversees the service and disciplinary system of local governments, responds that it is difficult to understand.
