Russia-Ukraine war, truce and hopes for an end are lowering.

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin’s remarks regarding the possibility of an escalation came out.

According to the TASS news agency on the 7th (local time), President Putin said in a meeting with party leaders in the lower house of the House of Representatives on the same day that “Ukraine must prepare for the worst if it does not quickly accept Russia’s requirements”.

“The operation in Ukraine has not even started in earnest,” he said.

He said, “If the West says they will defeat us on the battlefield, tell us to do it.”

“We do not reject peace negotiations, but those who do should know that the further they go, the harder it will be to reach an agreement with us,” he warned.

“I’ve heard many times that the West is trying to fight us until all Ukrainians are gone,” he said.

It seems that the possibility of an early ceasefire, which is being raised internally and externally, seems to have been dismissed while the occupation of the entire Donbas region in eastern Ukraine, which Russia has stated as its main goal following the start of the war, has become visible.

Earlier, it was reported that the Russian army completely occupied Luhansk Oblast, an axis of the Donbas region, and captured more than 75% of the entire Donbass region.
