Mr. A, a 22-year-old native of Incheon.
The first rental house, which was obtained by selling out, became a prey for a corporation established by Mr. Kim, the king of villas, within a week following signing the contract.
Currently, there are restrictions on financial transactions.

Villa King Kim intensively targeted villa densely populated areas in the metropolitan area until early this year, when the real estate market was on the rise.
Among them, it is known that they mainly aimed at Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
These two areas have been hit hard by charter fraud in the past.

As of August alone, there were regarding 2,500 cases in which the deposit money was not returned among those who subscribed to housing and city guarantee corporation insurance.
Among them, Hwagok-dong, Seoul had the most cases with over 300 cases, and Juan-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, had the third most cases.
Why?
Considering that it is in the metropolitan area, it is because the house price is cheap compared to the location conditions.

In Incheon, where there are many hills and old towns and industrial complexes, there are multi-family houses and single-person apartments.
In addition, as house prices have recently skyrocketed, more and more newcomers to society are looking for well-located villas, and the number of rental companies looking for gap investments has also increased.
They mainly targeted Incheon and Gangseo-gu, and victims continued.
