A man who ran away following ringing the doorbell at the house of the representative of the issuer of the Korean coin ‘Luna Terra’, which was hit by a price drop, turned himself in to the police.
The Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced that BJ A, an internet broadcaster who visited Kwon’s home, expressed his intention to attend and plans to conduct an investigation.
Mr. A is a BJ who broadcasts coins on the internet, and he invested 2 billion won in Luna through personal broadcasting, and it is said that he said it to the effect that he went to Kwon’s house.
Earlier, at around 6 pm yesterday, Mr. A broke into the common entrance of the apartment where CEO Kwon resided without permission and rang the doorbell and fled.
The spouse of CEO Kwon, who was in the house at the time, reported the unidentified man to the police, and the police designated the spouse as a subject of personal protection.
Cryptocurrencies Luna and Terra issued by CEO Kwon, a former engineer at Apple, have recently suffered a 99% drop in price, and as a result, the price of Bitcoin has also plummeted, shaking the global virtual currency market.
