It is said that the rapid antigen test results are available within a few minutes at the earliest. Where can I get the test during the holidays?

[기자]

It depends on where you live.

First of all, residents of Pyeongtaek and Anseong, Gwangju, and Jeonnam, Gyeonggi Province, can receive a rapid antigen test by going to a respiratory clinic during the holiday period.

In the rest of the region, you can visit a screening clinic or a temporary screening laboratory.

The Pyeongtaek Respiratory Clinic is also visited by citizens today (30th), the day after the holiday.

So far, 25 people have undergone the rapid antigen test for professionals, and 3 of them have tested positive, so they immediately performed a PCR test and are waiting for the results.

As the omicron mutant virus was detected in all four protons two days ago, the hospital is paying more attention to the separation of the movement lines.

Respiratory clinic visitors were made to go up to the second floor where the clinic is located through the stairs so that they do not encounter general patients.

In addition, the test room was used by one examiner, and the medical staff’s protective equipment was newly worn every time.

Among the respiratory clinics in the four regions, including Gwangju and Jeonnam, there are many that are not open during the holidays, so please check before visiting.

Residents of the rest of the region can be tested by going to a screening clinic or a temporary screening center.

During the holidays, you can choose between the rapid antigen test or the PCR test, but it will change from the 3rd of the month following the holiday.

PCR test at screening clinics is given only to high-risk groups such as those who are over 60 years of age or in close contact, and the rest can only be received if the rapid antigen test is positive.

The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service plans to release the list of hospitals and clinics on its website on the 2nd of the following month.
