A person suspected of stealing 26 billion won of deposit money from renting three houses in the Incheon area.

He is called the so-called ‘architectural king’ Nam Mo.

However, it has been confirmed that damage to tenants is also occurring in the building his daughter owns.

Anxious tenants stamp their feet.

When I asked for the deposit to be subtracted, the answer that came back was an absurd answer, “I’d rather buy a house with more money.”

It was even revealed that the ‘architectural king’ borrowed billions of won with his daughter’s building as collateral and even set up a mortgage.

Reporter Lim Seong-jae covered the story.

A residential-commercial complex with over 100 households consisting of officetels and apartments.

With loans from the financial sector, regarding half of the house price was secured as a senior mortgage, and the jeonse price was lower than the surrounding area, attracting tenants.

[세입자 B 씨 : 지금은 임차인들이 상당히 불안하고, 하다못해 검찰청에도 가보고 이 사건에 대해 알아보려고 계속 검색도 해보고 주위에도 물어보고….]

As protests surged, her daughter Nam’s side recommended that she renew the charter contract and receive a ‘safe jeonse loan’ from the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation, or

They even made the cryptic offer to buy a house with an additional payment on top of the existing deposit.

In response, her daughter Nam sent a text message to some tenants,

He explained that it was the father of the ‘architectural king’ once morest his will, and that he was trying to rectify the situation.

There is a middle school student who asked why he didn’t sell himself alcohol, hit the store owner, and even the employee.

The middle school student, who mocked the victim for being a juvenile, was eventually sentenced to prison.

Let’s see the video.

In August of last year, a convenience store in Myeongnyun-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do.

This is a scene in which 15-year-old A-gun beats the store owner and staff for not selling alcohol to him.

After the crime, it was reported that he visited the convenience store once more and asked to delete the CCTV, and he was said to have ridiculed him by saying, “Because he is a law enforcement boy, hit him once.”

However, I found out that I was only 15 years old.

He wasn’t a smart boy.

The Wonju Branch of the Chuncheon District Court sentenced 15-year-old A, who was arrested and indicted on charges of injury and obstruction of business, to a prison term of 3 years in the long term and 2 years and 6 months in the short term.

Back in 2017, complaints like this arose among users of Apple’s older iPhones.

“I did a software update and the performance dropped. Is it intentional?”

So, it is a suspicion that Apple intentionally reduced the performance of older products to make them buy new ones.

When I gathered up the consumers who burst into such anger, it was close to 10,000.

The Seoul Central District Court today delivered a first trial ruling on a damages lawsuit filed by 9,800 consumers demanding compensation of 12.7 billion won once morest Apple.

In response to consumer backlash, Apple initially explained that it was to prevent the device from turning off due to an old battery, but belatedly apologized officially.

However, consumers were not satisfied.

He filed a large-scale lawsuit once morest Apple in 2018, claiming that he had suffered material and psychological damage due to the poor performance of the iPhone.

Apple has been sued in the United States for the same problem, and has paid over $ 600 million in damages in 2020.

Chile also compensated 2.5 billion pesos and 3.8 billion Korean won in April last year.

A whopping 130,000 people.

This is the number of young people in Seoul who did not leave their homes.

Only Seoul is like this.

At an age when you’re going out in style, at an age when you’re awkward but neatly dressed in a suit, trembling but proud to enter the interview room!

These young people chose ‘Bangkok’ instead of going out.

The window to let in the bright sunlight was firmly closed, and on the paper to draw the future vision, I wrote down my frustration from repeated job failures and fear of falling self-esteem.

I’m trying to look into the pain of young people who can’t turn away or shouldn’t turn away and think regarding a solution.

It was found that there are 130,000 young people living in isolation in Seoul alone.

In addition, 4 out of 10 of these people continued this life for more than 5 years.

There are also more than 30,000 recluses who rarely leave their homes for at least six months.

The young people cited ‘unemployment and difficulties in getting a job’ and ‘psychological and mental pain’ as reasons for closing the door of their hearts.

With close to 20% of young people in isolation saying they use mental health-related medications, isolation can easily lead to depression.

[이동하 / 21살 (은둔 생활 경험자) : 은둔 생활을 횟수로는 3~4번 됐을 거고 최장 기간 4~5개월? 너무 방 안에만 있으니까 우울감이 너무 심해지더라고요.]
