There are people who are troubled by not being able to easily decide on trivial matters such as choosing a dinner menu or choosing clothes. These are the so-called decision disorders. Of course, making decisions is never easy for anyone. This is because every decision you make has its own pros and cons, and it is impossible to predict the future outcome with the choices you make. Sometimes making decisions too easily can also cause problems. This is because, following making a rough decision because of a lack of prudence, short thinking, or simply being bothersome, or because of a high impulsive nature, there are cases where people regret it because of factors that they did not take into account.

For this reason, most people worry a lot, especially when making important decisions. However, if you are more indecisive than just being late in making a decision following considering many factors, there may be psychological factors other than thinking too much.

First of all, if you are in a situation where you have to make a decision, such as entrusting it to someone else, or if you are in a panic when you are faced with a difficult choice, such as turning your hair white when a quick decision is needed, you should view it as indecisive. Also, it is the same with low self-confidence saying that it is difficult to make good decisions, or less impulsive tendencies, such as never making a decision by looking at only a few small details.

Studies have shown that people who show this kind of behavior tend to show obsessive behavior, such as reading and checking dozens of times even when sending a text. They usually have a lot of anxiety, and when they worry, they tend to feel as if they are choked by worry. He also tends to show symptoms of depression.

Although it is not clear what is the cause and effect, if you show depressive symptoms, your way of thinking is not common, so regardless of the actual situation, you will unconditionally conclude that “it will not happen” Effort is required.

Also, if your worries are excessive or obsessive, remember that the future is unpredictable anyway, and your worries now reflect much more of your poor thinking skills and needless imagination than your reality. You don’t have to believe in what is only your opinion as if it were real. People who worry a lot often think of themselves as ‘realistic’, but more often than not just in their own thoughts. As a result, I tend to be far from reality.

People who worry too much and struggle to make perfect decisions are locked in their own prisons of their own making. Sometimes it feels like a solid real prison, but even then, remember that the key was in my hands from the start.
