Two men walk between parked cars and look at them.

At 2:00 AM, a white car drives out of the parking lot and returns 18 hours later around 8:00 PM.

Those who park their cars take out their clothes, pick up their shopping bags, and slowly disappear.

Those whose faces were captured on CCTV in the parking lot were third-year middle school students in downtown Jeju.

He left the smart key in the car, picked an unlocked vehicle, drove it without a license, and put it back in the parking lot.

In recent vehicles, the side mirrors fold when the doors are locked.

The students took advantage and chose a car with an open side mirror as their target.

“I think there will be no problems as there are parking fees and CCTV, so I just went (leaving the door open).”

There are 70 CCTVs installed in the 4-story Jeju Airport parking building that can accommodate 850 cars, but since they are operated unattended at night, no one stopped the teens from committing crimes.

“Only the exiting of the vehicle is captured on CCTV. There are no (people) following 11:00 (at night), because everything has been unmanned.”

Last month, a parked car was also damaged, and three other teenagers were found to have stolen and drove a car in the same way.

The police charged two middle school students with stealing a car and driving without a license, and are investigating the rest of the students who committed the crime together.
