The morning temperature drops below -10 degrees Celsius in northern and eastern Gyeonggi Province, inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, northern Chungcheong Province, some inland Chungnam, and inland northern Gyeongbuk, where a cold wave warning is in effect. The wind is strong and the temperature feels even lower. The temperature begins to gradually warm from the 24th.

The expected minimum temperature in major cities is △Seoul -10°C △Incheon -9°C △Chuncheon -14°C △Gangneung -8°C △Daejeon -9°C △Daegu -7°C △Jeonju -7°C △Gwangju -5°C △Busan -5°C Do △ Jeju is the first province.

The highest daytime temperature is △Seoul 0 degrees △Incheon -1 degree △Chuncheon 2 degree △Gangneung 3 degree △Daejeon 2 degree △Daegu 4 degree △Jeonju 2 degree △Gwangju 2 degree △Busan 5 degree △ Jeju 3 degree.

It will snow until morning on the west coast of Chungnam, the west coast of Jeolla, inland of southern Jeollabuk-do, and Jeju-do. Expected snowfall is 1-3 cm.

The fine dust concentration will be ‘good’ to ‘normal’ in all areas.

The atmosphere is very dry in the central region, eastern Jeollanam-do, and Gyeongsang-do, where the dry warning is in effect, and there are many dry places in other regions as well. The wind is strong, so a small spark can lead to a big fire, so be careful not to start a fire.

The wave of the sea will rise from 1.0 to 2.0 m off the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.5 m from the West and South Seas.

The wave height of the deep sea (the far sea within regarding 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 m in the East Sea and 0.5 to 2.5 m in the West and South Seas.
