Currently, the lowest temperature in Seoul is 9 degrees below zero and the feeling temperature is regarding 14 degrees below zero.

Today, the daytime temperature in Seoul will rise to around 1 degree to the freezing point.

Tomorrow morning temperatures are expected to be 0 degrees and midday temperatures around 4 degrees.

However, the cold wind will only take a break until tomorrow, and the cold wind will become stronger once more from late followingnoon.

The lowest temperature in Seoul on Thursday morning will plummet once more to -8 degrees Celsius and around -13 degrees Celsius on Friday.

It will snow and rain all over the country tomorrow.
