President Xi Jinping, who was crouched in Beijing following the spread of Corona 19, is stretching to return to normal diplomacy face-to-face.
On the 15th, China-led Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit will be held to strengthen anti-US solidarity with Russian President Vladimir Putin and other heads of state.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to leave the country for the first time in 32 months since the outbreak of COVID-19.
I will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit to be held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan on the 15th.
The Russian ambassador to China said a bilateral meeting between Xi and Putin is also scheduled.

This meeting is expected to serve as a stage for President Xi’s return to face-to-face diplomacy, as well as solidifying anti-US solidarity led by China.
Xi is also said to be visiting Kazakhstan, which has recently been leaning toward the US, the day before the opening of the meeting.
The absence of the capital ahead of the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 16 is also proof that it is the third consecutive year.

Prior to this, Li Zhansu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, third in the ranks of the Communist Party of China, also went on a tour.
They will visit Korea through Russia, Mongolia and Nepal until the 17th.
It is no exaggeration to say that such a move is a small step for the G20 summit to be held in Indonesia in November.
This is because we desperately need a picture of President Xi, who has just started his third term in office, standing at the center of the opposing camps in the United States and in the Western world.
At the G20 summit, the first face-to-face meeting with US President Joe Biden is also likely.
The warm-up to preoccupy an advantageous position in the debate between the leaders of the G2 leaders, which has been sharply opposed, has begun.
