China has made a statement in response to the South Korean and U.S. leaders reiterating the importance of peace and stability in Taiwan.
They complained that Taiwan is Chinese territory, so interference in internal affairs is unacceptable.
China also expressed concern when Taiwan was included for the first time in a joint statement between the US and South Korea in May last year.
They indirectly expressed dissatisfaction with Korea’s accession to the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework.
He warned that ‘decoupling’ and technology blockade to exclude China would have serious consequences.
However, he said that South Korea and China are inseparable cooperation partners and hoped to expand cooperation with South Korea.
China protested once morest the U.S. and Japan’s commitment to tightening China’s containment at the summit.
When President Biden announced his intention to intervene in Taiwan in case of emergency, he responded by saying that he would protect his sovereignty through action.
As for Japan, it pointed out its history of aggression in the past and warned that it should be cautious regarding the Taiwan issue.
China’s response is also increasing as pressure on the public has intensified following President Biden’s visit to Asia.
