[국제]China, Pakistan call training vs US to contain South China Sea

China summoned Pakistani navy from southwest Asia to the sea off Shanghai for joint exercise.

It showed that it could break through the Indo-Pacific strategy of besieging China.

The United States immediately sent warships into the South China Sea to evacuate the country.

China’s Xiangtan and Pakistan’s Taimur have launched joint exercises.

Both ships are Chinese-made missile frigates of the same type.

The location of this drill, where fighters and helicopters were used to fire live ammunition, was off the coast of Shanghai.

It is 10,000 km away by sea from Pakistan, a Southwest Asian country.

The two countries previously held joint exercises in the Arabian Sea in January 2020.

It is a military action to show that it can break through the U.S. Indo-Pacific siege that binds China.
