The number of people in Seoul who bought apartments in Gyeonggi-do was the highest in 14 years.

With the inauguration of the new government, the real estate prices on both sides fluctuated as the presidential office moved from Jongno-gu, Seoul to Yongsan-gu.

An apartment close to the Blue House was priced at 1.77 billion won just before the exclusive area of ​​124㎡, and the latest asking price is 1.9 billion won.

The exclusive area of ​​60 square meters for an apartment near the Yongsan Presidential Office also jumped 200 million won from the new report price.

The share of people living outside of Seoul buying apartments in Yongsan and Jongno was the highest since the housing transaction statistics were compiled, as the price hike forecast was reflected in the market.

Looking at the proportion of purchases made by outsiders in the transaction status in January and April, Yongsan accounted for 32 out of 97, or 32.9%, and Jongro, 27 out of 87, or 31%.

As house prices in Seoul skyrocketed, it is estimated that homeless end-users mostly bought and sold apartments in Gyeonggi-do by mobilizing all available assets.
