As interest rates continue to rise, even the prices of apartments in Gangnam, Seoul, which used to be called Cheolongseong, are falling by hundreds of millions of won.
The metropolitan area and provinces are also on a sharp decline, and this trend is expected to continue for the time being.

Hyundai Apartment in Apgujeong-dong, which is said to be the boss of Gangnam because of the highest house price in Seoul.
Until recently, when the pressure to raise interest rates became stronger, the so-called smart-minded people were noticed and reports continued their march.
However, recently, the exclusive area of 157㎡ was sold for KRW 5.5 billion, down KRW 300 million.
The urgent sale is also listed at 5 billion won, 800 million won lower than the highest price.

Dogok-dong Tower Palace, one of the landmark complexes in Gangnam-gu, is also on the decline.
The exclusive area of 164㎡ was sold for 4.35 billion won last month, but it was recently traded at a lower price of 100 million won.
The 59㎡ exclusive area of Raemian Blastige in Gaepo-dong was also sold for 2.14 billion won, 160 million won lower than the highest price of 2.3 billion won.

Gyeonggi-do, Uiwang-si, Anyang, Hwaseong, Gwacheon, etc., which had surged due to the good news of GTX, are also unable to avoid a sharp decline.

Experts therefore advise end-users who want to buy a home to take a prudent approach while watching the market more closely.
