When Hyundai Motor Company decided to hire new employees for production positions after 10 years, numerous applicants are flocking to it.

The website was at one point paralyzed as more than 10,000 people flocked to it within a day after the job posting was posted.

In the anonymous community of office workers, there are posts saying that even incumbent civil servants and office workers are thinking about applying.

The recent atmosphere in which companies do not hire new people at all or drastically reduce their scale has also had an impact.

In fact, it was found that more than half of large corporations did not hire new employees in the first half of this year or did not even plan to do so.

The reality is that getting hired is more difficult than going through the eye of a needle.

As a result, there is an increasing trend of getting help from experts from self-introduction to writing and interviews.

The number of people preparing for re-employment has also increased, because the criteria for choosing a job for younger generations has changed a lot from the past.
