沈 ‘Rape without consent’ introduction theory, Lee “You need to think carefully”

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Su-jin = Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung said on the 2nd, “You should think carefully” about the introduction of ‘rape without consent’, which is a women’s policy of presidential candidate Shim Sang-jung of the Justice Party.
Candidate Lee said in the third court TV debate hosted by the National Election Commission on the same day, when candidate Shim pointed out, “There is no anti-discrimination law in (Lee’s) promise book, and there is no crime of non-consensual rape. Is the anti-discrimination law a promise?” I think there should be a ban),” he said.
Candidate Shim replied, “I’ve checked it publicly many times,” when he said, “Do you want to say that it’s not in the promise? It’s a version that is in the promise, too.”
Candidate Lee then said, “You have to think carefully” when asked about Candidate Shim’s opinion on the crime of non-consensual rape.
When Candidate Shim reconfirmed whether he was in disagreement, he said, “It will be difficult to say easily,” he said.
Candidate Shim pointed out that “a lot of people talk about social consensus. What is difficult is social consensus,” and candidate Lee countered, “If it’s obvious, consensus is unnecessary.”
