Chinese accessories manufacturer Machnike announced the launch of KT68 Proits newest mechanical keyboard that has as one of its proposals to solve one of the main problems of this type of peripheral: the noise of the keys.
With a very unique design that mixes elements of old typewriters with those of today’s gaming keyboards, the KT68 Pro brings switches Gatheron North Pole 2.0 silencers that appeal to all user profiles. Each key, it is worth noting, is hot-swappable — that is, it can be exchanged easily in case something breaks or the user decides to just customize the keyboard.
The peripheral has a total of 68 keys that, as you can see from the images, have a transparent look that makes the light emitted by the RGB backlighting system even more evident. All of the KT68 Pro’s lighting effects can be adjusted by Machenike’s own driver, worth noting.
You can choose two options for switches para o KT68 Pro: o North Pole Yellow-Linear and the North Pole Dark Brown-Paragraph. The first one, as its name implies, brings a linear typing experience with an operating force of 50g, while the second one brings a more accentuated haptic feedback with an operating force of 55g.
On the left side, you can find a kind of wheel that can be used, for example, to quickly increase or decrease the system volume. At the top left of the keyboard is a lever that can also be used to control a number of actions.

According to the manufacturer, it is completely customizable and can display things ranging from the speed of the internet connection to alerts that remind the user to leave the computer for a bit.

The model has a Bluetooth connection (2.4G/5G), and is compatible not only with Windows PCs but also with Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices. The dimensions of the KT68 Pro are 327×145×41mm, and it weighs regarding 952 grams. Machenike gives a one-year warranty and replaces the keyboard for you if any problems arise during this period.
