North Korea is using or removing South Korean assets without permission at the Kaesong Industrial Complex and Mt.
The Ministry of Unification warned that it was a violation of the inter-Korean agreement and a violation of property rights and warned to stop immediately, but there seems to be no sharp way to stop North Korea’s actions.
