On the 23rd, the results of a public opinion poll came out that candidate Kim Ki-hyun maintained the lead among the candidates with an approval rating of more than 40% in the People’s Power party representative race.

As a result of a survey of 1004 adult men and women across the country (413 people from the people’s strength supporters) for two days on the 21st and 22nd at the request of Media Tribune by Realmeter, Candidate Kim ranked first with a 44.0% approval rating from the people’s strength supporters. Ahn Cheol-soo (22.6%), Cheon Ha-ram (15.6%), and Hwang Kyo-ahn (14.6%) followed.

Candidate Kim’s approval rating dropped by 1.3 percentage points from Real Meter’s previous poll (February 6-7), but kept first place. Candidate Ahn fell by 7.8 percentage points, while candidates Chun and Hwang rose by 6.2 percentage points and 7.6 percentage points, respectively.

In the case of the possibility of winning, candidate Kim took the majority with 52.6%, followed by candidate Ahn (24.2%), candidate Chun (9.4%), and candidate Hwang (8.0%).

In the virtual bilateral confrontation, candidate Kim won 50.1% and candidate Ahn 37.6%.

In terms of approval ratings for the top members, Candidate Min Young-sam took first place with 14.8%, followed by Kim Jae-won (13.6%) and Jo Su-jin (13.1%) with over 10%. Next was Tae Young-ho (9.2%), Kim Byung-min (9.1%), Kim Yong-tae (8.7%), Heo Eun-ah (6.4%), and Jung Mi-kyung (6.0%).

The approval ratings of the candidates for the top youth council were counted in the order of Jang Ye-chan (43.7%), Kim Ga-ram (9.8%), Lee Ki-in (7.8%), and Kim Jeong-sik (6.6%).

The evaluation of President Yoon Seok-yeol’s performance of state affairs was surveyed with 38.1% positive and 59.8% negative. The party approval rating was 45.7% for the Democratic Party, 40.9% for the People’s Power, and 1.8% for the Justice Party.

The sampling error of this survey is ± 3.1 percentage points (± 4.8 percentage points of the people’s power support group) at the 95% confidence level.
