At 7:05 a.m. on Monday, a small Russian destroyer approached the Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea.
Although the Senkaku Islands are effectively controlled by Japan, it is a disputed area that China also claims to be its territory.
The Russian warship entered the territorial waters around the island, and 39 minutes later, a Chinese destroyer followed.
Chinese media interpreted the warship as a warning to Japan as the warship entered the accession waters around the island.
It is said that the protests began as an intimidation force following Japan imposed sanctions on Russia for invading Ukraine.
Japan protested, but China dismissed the claim that the island was not Japanese territory and had no right to step forward.

Earlier last month, Russian and Chinese warships each sailed around the Japanese archipelago and threatened Japan.
At the end of May, bombers from both China and Russia entered Korea’s air defense identification zone near Dokdo without permission.
Immediately following President Biden’s trip to Korea and Japan, he launched armed protests once morest U.S. allies, South Korea and Japan.
The Japanese government has solidified its policy of increasing military power and is using external threats as an opportunity to become a military powerhouse.
In Northeast Asia, which already has North Korea’s nuclear problem, the followingmath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is also exacerbating the instability.
