The global economy is in turmoil as the Western world and Russia repeatedly retaliate for retaliation.
When the European Union decided to consider introducing a price cap for natural gas following Russian crude oil,

The move came following Russian President Putin said he would not sell oil and gas to countries participating in the oil price cap system.

President Putin also issued a warning letter regarding Ukrainian grain exports through the Black Sea.
He said he was considering restricting importing countries, saying that most of the grain is going to the EU rather than Africa.
Prior to this, it was even said in Russia that the agreement to resume grain exports in July may not be extended following November.
